Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins (or use about 7 dates work well too)
Directions

  • In food processor combine almond flour and salt
  • Pulse in coconut oil, honey and vanilla
  • Pulse in rest of ingredients
  • Press into 8×8 pan
  • Cook at 350F for 20 minutes
  • Why just save for breakfast? These would work as a quick, small snack as well!
