Maple Glazed Trout Recipe

  • Trout Fillets
  • Maple Sugar
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Dill, fresh, chopped
  • Rosemary, fresh, chopped

  • Mix 2 parts Dijon Mustard with 1 part maple syrup
  • Add some fresh dill or rosemary
  • Brush over trout before cooking
  • Brush a few times while cooking to make a nice glaze
  • Cooking options, either BBQ or oven. Conventional oven put in at about 350 in a shallow dish. Put some coconut oil in bottom of dish so trout won\\\’t stick.
